1. Orders

Once you complete your order, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes details of the products, price, billing address, and shipping address.

If anything in the order confirmation is incorrect, you must contact us immediately at contact@hikecomfort.com.

2. Delivery

Most personalized orders are produced within 3–5 business days. Once your order is ready, you will receive a tracking number by email to track your delivery safely to your door. Standard delivery time is 5–8 business days.

If delivery is delayed (without us notifying you of an extended delivery time), please contact us at contact@hikecomfort.com.

Please note: delays may occur due to high demand on postal carriers. These are outside our control, and we ask for your understanding.

3. Prices

All prices in the store include VAT and tariffs.

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes, misprints, or incorrect price information and retain the right to update prices accordingly.

4. Right to Cancel

When purchasing goods from the website, you as a customer have a 30-day right to cancel, starting from the day you receive the product.

4.1 Exercising your right to cancel:

  • You must notify us that you wish to cancel. Send your message to contact@hikecomfort.com. Your message must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which products the cancellation concerns.

  • Products must be returned immediately, and no later than 30 days after notifying us.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products during return. Items should therefore be well packaged and preferably in the original packaging.

  • We reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund corresponding to any reduction in value due to use or damage to the product.

5. Complaints & Warranty

All products are inspected before being shipped. If a product is still defective or incorrectly delivered, we will, in accordance with consumer protection laws, correct the issue at no cost to you.

We offer a 12-month warranty on our products.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. Complaints must be submitted immediately after the defect is discovered.

5.1 How to make a complaint:

Report any faults or defects by emailing contact@hikecomfort.com, including your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.

If we cannot resolve the issue or deliver a replacement, we will refund you in accordance with consumer protection laws. We cover the return shipping cost for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to reject a complaint if the product is not deemed defective under applicable consumer protection laws. In the event of disputes, we follow recommendations from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, see arn.se).

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages that may result from the product.

We accept no responsibility for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, fires, war, government decisions, reduced or missing supplier deliveries, or similar.

We are also not responsible for product changes or features altered by the supplier, or for factors outside our control.

7. Product Information

We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and product sell-outs.

We do not guarantee that product images perfectly reflect the actual appearance, as color differences may occur depending on your screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to display products as accurately as possible.

8. Changes to the Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time. Updates will be published on the website. The revised terms are considered accepted in connection with an order or site visit.

9. Disputes & Governing Law

If a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with our customer service, you may turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.

For customers residing in another EU country, complaints can also be submitted online via the EU Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We follow decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies. Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these terms will be settled under Swedish law.

10. Uncollected Packages

Uncollected packages are returned to us. For all packages not collected, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, administrative fees, and handling fees, currently 16 USD
