1. Shipping

  • Most personalized orders are produced within 3–5 business days. Once ready, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery all the way to your door. Standard delivery time is 5–8 business days.

  •  If delivery delays occur (and we have not informed you of an extended delivery time), please contact us at contact@hikecomfort.com.

  • Please note that delays caused by the postal service may occur during periods of high demand. We kindly ask for your understanding, as this is beyond our control.

2. Right to Cancel

When purchasing items from our website, you have a 30-day right to cancel your order, starting from the day you receive your product.

2.1 How to use your right to cancel:

  • You must notify us that you wish to cancel. Please send your message to contact@hikecomfort.com. Your message must clearly include your name, address, email address, order number, and which items you wish to return.

  •  You should return the products immediately, and no later than 30 days after notifying us of your cancellation.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products during return. For this reason, items should be well packaged and preferably returned in the original packaging.

  • We reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund corresponding to any reduction in value caused by use or damage to the product.
